Sunshine and Summertime

It's officially summer! Even though San Francisco hasn't really caught on to what this season is all about, I plan to take full advantage of my weekends to experience at least a little bit of sunshine!

We're starting our summer off with a trip down to San Diego for, you guessed it, another wedding. It's going to be a longggg drive but I'm looking forward to laying out and relaxing a little before the wedding tomorrow. Hopefully we'll make it to the beach, but I'll settle for some pool time too!

I decided to make a list of things I'd like to do this summer, in hopes that we'll actually check some of them off the list! What are your summer plans?

go camping at least twice
Monterey
go wakeboarding
Big Sur
read 2 books
plan our vacation
complete our DIY island project
explore a new area of San Francisco
float the river with friends
spend time with Phillip
plan a trip home to see friends
try a new restaurant
go to a country concert
lots of hiking
host brunch or dinner for friends

Happy Summer my friends! Get out there and enjoy it!

xoxo,

Theresa

  2. I love camping! Definitely a good idea. I don't have too many plans for the summer yet. Just seeing what happens!

  3. Those all sound so fun! We are headed to a wedding this week but it is our only one of the summer surprisingly!

  4. That sounds like a perfect summer list. Floating in any sort of water is the best summer activity there is.

  5. That's a great summer check-list! There is so much to do in San Fran and the surrounding areas. I haven't been in a few years but really need to get back. I'm in central CA. Hope you enjoy(ed) your time in San Diego! I would love to live there someday.
