Joseph's 1st Birthday - Circus Theme

Another big event that happened during my blogging hiatus was the birth of my second nephew, Joseph James Martin on March 2, 2015. He is impossibly cute, his toothy grim makes me melt!

Back in March, we celebrated his 1st birthday. Per usual, my sister went all out for his 1st Birthday party with a Circus Theme! Originally, she planned to have it outside at their house, but the rain had other plans. Thankfully, there is a community space nearby that can be rented out and as luck would have it was available for the party!

My sister had a fun activity station set up for the kids with pin the tail on the donkey, a ring toss game, a ball pit for the little ones, and more. She also made the cutest photo booth for the kids! It is seriously amazing and straight out of Pinterest. Plus she can add different signs or decor for future party's. It will be so cute this fall with pumpkins for a Fall photo shoot with the boys!

There was a great spread of snacks & food for everyone as well. It was nice because the kids could play the games and the adults were able to visit. Of course the best part was singing to Joseph and watching him eat his birthday cupcake. He loved it!

It was such a fun party. I am always so impressed with my sister. She is a great Mom and somehow finds time to balance everything working full time and put on an awesome birthday party for Joseph!
